Spring Muesli

Ingredients

cup
fine porridge oatflakes

cup
milk
almond or grain
1
tbs
almonds
ground or flaked
1
apple
finely grated
1
tsp
syrup
ryce or maple
1
pinch
Ground cinnamon
fresh fruit
for garnish
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients except the fresh fruit.
Place, covered, in the refrigerator or cool place overnight.
Stir in the morning and top with fresh fruit and extra grain or nut milk if needed.
