Cut pieces of daikon, pumpkin and lotus root and curly English parsley.
Prepare a steamer.
Put in the daikon pumpkin and lotus root.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and close the lid for 5 minutes, until cooked but firm.
Remove and steam the parsley for 2 minutes.
Remove straight away and mix.
Sprinkle with lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar.
