Brown Rice & Aduki Beans

  • 1 Cup Brown rice
  • 1/4 Cup Aduki beans Soaked overnight
  • 1 inch Piece Kombu Rinsed


  • Wash & rinse brown rice and with aduki beans place in pressure cooker.
  • Add kombu cut into small pieces and 3.5 cups of water.
  • Bring to pressure and cook on low heat for 50 minutes.
  • Serve with a garnish of nori strips, matchstick peppers & spring onion
