Spring Muesli

  • 1/2 cup fine porridge oatflakes
  • 1 cup milk almond or grain
  • 1 tbs almonds ground or flaked
  • 1 apple finely grated
  • 1 tsp syrup ryce or maple
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • fresh fruit for garnish


  • Mix together all the ingredients except the fresh fruit.
  • Place, covered, in the refrigerator or cool place overnight.
  • Stir in the morning and top with fresh fruit and extra grain or nut milk if needed.
