Simple summer fresh vegetable recipe
- Lotus Roots
- Curly English Parsley
- Lemon juice
- Umeboshi Vinegar
- Cut pieces of daikon, pumpkin and lotus root and curly English parsley.
- Prepare a steamer.
- Put in the daikon pumpkin and lotus root.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and close the lid for 5 minutes, until cooked but firm.
- Remove and steam the parsley for 2 minutes.
- Remove straight away and mix.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar.
