NEXT STEPS

Please click on the Silver MBA Sponsorship Application form and fill out your details. Once completed, please send your application form, payment and accompanying documentation (see above) to: membership@macrobiotics.org.uk. Please be aware that all memberships take up to 2 weeks to process, and you will be emailed once your membership has been activated.

On payment and receipt of your Full Membership application, you will be sent:

Your Membership card
Your valid Certificate for the current Membership year
Access to your Members web page via personal login, so you can access bespoke content & news

On the application form you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment. Please see below what methods are available to you: PayPal: If you wish to pay for your membership by PayPal, make a payment using the link here PAY HERE. Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer, use your name as reference, details here: Account name: Macrobiotic Association UK Bank: Triodos Bank Bank Account No 02769400 Sort Code: 16-58-10. Direct Debit: If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you will submit the application, and then send an email with your signed DD mandate form attached to membership@macrobiotics.org.uk.
