- 1/2 cup fine porridge oatflakes
- 1 cup milk almond or grain
- 1 tbs almonds ground or flaked
- 1 apple finely grated
- 1 tsp syrup ryce or maple
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- fresh fruit for garnish
- Mix together all the ingredients except the fresh fruit.
- Place, covered, in the refrigerator or cool place overnight.
- Stir in the morning and top with fresh fruit and extra grain or nut milk if needed.
