Simple summer fresh vegetable recipe
Instructions
  1. Cut pieces of daikon, pumpkin and lotus root and curly English parsley.
  2. Prepare a steamer.
  3. Put in the daikon pumpkin and lotus root.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and close the lid for 5 minutes, until cooked but firm.
  5. Remove and steam the parsley for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove straight away and mix.
  7. Sprinkle with lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar.
