Florence was brought up with macrobiotics from birth. She has studied with a wide range of  international macrobiotic teachers and schools and, for the last fifteen years, has been a practitioner of macrobiotic natural healing  in the UK and abroad. She has also studied and qualified in other holistic healing practices, one of which is kinesiology, which she uses in her macrobiotic coaching. She is a caring, respectful and skilled teacher and healer who shares her many years of experience in the art of macrobiotic cooking and lifestyle practices. Her sessions bring this together with a range of effective healing techniques to help people to realign their health and connect to their own  full life’s potential.
