Learn how to create delicious, colourful and nourishing plant based dishes using high quality ingredients that will promote good health according to the time of year. We will be using whole grains, vegetables, beans , tofu, tempeh, sea vegetables, seeds and nuts, fruits and natural sweeteners. Local seasonal foods are ideally suited to their climate and the season they grow in, helping us to adapt to that environment and sustain good health.
Melanie brings over 25 years experience of Wholefoods, Plant Based Cooking. She is an Accredited Macrobiotic Health, Dietary & Lifestyle Coach, Yoga teacher & Mother.
