Ginger/Chamomile Compress Workshop
February 12 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm£12
Friday 12th February 3pm – 4.30pm
Venue: Online Zoom workshop with Trish Dent
There’s nothing like relaxing with a ginger compress to warm and release tension and stiffness from your body. It’s particularly good at this time of year to release tightness in the kidney area, particularly if you experience lower back pain. You can work either on yourself or with a partner; why not make it a Valentine’s treat? If you favour a chamomile compress, this too is relaxing and opening, but in a subtly different way: it’s particularly good for the liver area.
I’ll begin This Zoom workshop by discussing benefits and contraindications before showing you exactly what and how to do it. I’ll also be talking about chamomile compress, the difference and why you may choose one over the other. There’ll be an opportunity to ask questions before we either give our partner a lovely, deeply relaxing experience or do the same for ourselves.
Once you’ve booked, I’ll email you a list of items you need to have ready to give a compress. Book now to ensure time to purchase your ginger or chamomile.
