Fermented foods provide us with natural probiotics and are easy to make if you follow a few simple rules.
Experienced fermenter Trish Dent will take you through the benefits and steps to create a range of fermented foods, including vegetables, nut cheeses, a beetroot kvass tonic and quick pickles. You’ll make your own vegetable ferment to take home with you.
