Brown Rice & Aduki Beans

- 1 Cup Brown rice
- 1/4 Cup Aduki beans Soaked overnight
- 1 inch Piece Kombu Rinsed
- Wash & rinse brown rice and with aduki beans place in pressure cooker.
- Add kombu cut into small pieces and 3.5 cups of water.
- Bring to pressure and cook on low heat for 50 minutes.
- Serve with a garnish of nori strips, matchstick peppers & spring onion
