AMAZING ALMOND BALLS

Almond balls

We cannot imagine this festive season without some recipe with almonds. This magnificent fruit, cultivated for thousands of years, is rich in protein, fiber, calcium and vitamin E. Almonds provide us with heat, moisture and good quality fats. Sesame will provide us with high values of iron, calcium and it tempers and dries us. Roasted, it acquires a smell that tempts us to try it. Together with almonds, lemon zest and rice syrup, it forms a flavour and aroma that embraces us.

Ingredients

  • 250 g raw ground Almonds
  • 2 tbsp ground roasted Sesame
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Rice syrup as you see fit 
  • 1-2 tbsp Mirin or Rose Essence Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients until having a consistency similar to marzipan.
  • Make small balls and present them on a beautiful tray.
  • Enjoy this beautiful taste.
