We believe these values are key to resolving modern issues that threaten the wellbeing of the human race.

The Macrobiotic Association does not make profits. It is run by a group of volunteers who ensure that all funds go directly to promoting our values. Our mission is to help people positively contribute to a more natural, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
