TAKE A BREAK

Lack of sleep is currently a problem for many. Stop screen use – TV, computer, ipad, phone –  at least one hour before bed. Avoid eating 3 hours before sleep. And avoid watching/listening to anything unpleasant. Use organic lavender oil and spray on your pillow or add a few drops of lavender oil to your washing rinse.

CELEBRATE SPRING

Take a walk and on the way fully embrace the recent equinox and transition between Winter and Spring. Throughout time, this period has always been celebrated. Reconnect with nature: breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, revel in witnessing fresh growth.

Body scrub. Different to a shower, this re-invigorates the skin, muscles, organs and mind. Do this 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

AVOID PLASTIC

Choose to take care of our planet by deciding to use no plastic. Buy things not wrapped in plastic. Instead of cling film, put left over food in a bowl and top with a plate! Ask your friends to do the same. This is not easy, but we can do this. Life is a challenge!
