PICNIC IN THE PARK

A picnic in the park in a summer evening. Invite your favourite company and also someone new and chill in the park eating delicious Macrobiotic finger food, whilst watching the sun go down and the sky becoming full of stars.

Walk barefoot in the sand or on the grass. Stroll on the beach or in a park and reconnect with nature, breath intensely while you are grounding.

Add fruit to your dishes. This month is full of fantastic colourful fruit, add some to your salads and brighten your plates.
