With summer in full swing, it is time to make the most of the longer sunny days and fill your precious time with fun. Here’s what we recommend to keep you healthy during July.

MAKE A SUMMER JAM

Make Summer Apricot/ Peach Jam.  Cut apricots or peach or both in small pieces, add water and maple syrup and blend until desired consistency. Heat in a pan until boiling slightly, add Chia seeds and then store in the refrigerator. This recipe is super easy and free of any preservatives! Consume it within a week. You can try other juicy seasonal fruit, make a simple and delicious jam to use in cakes or desserts, or simply enjoy by itself.

FEEL RENEWED

BY NATURE

Go out in nature after the summer rain and inhale the fresh smell in the air. Absorb the sense of renewal and new possibilities. Be empowered by it.

PICKLE YOUR VEG

Pickles! In this period of the year there are lots of wonderful and colourful summer vegetables, like courgettes, peppers, cucumbers, etc. It is the perfect time to pickle and store them for the winter months. The fermentation keeps the vegetables fresh and adds probiotic bacteria that are excellent for your gut. Add pickles to your salads or any summer dishes and feel light and refreshed!
