EAT LIGHTER

Cut down on your winter foods. Start eating a little less. Have  warm water with lemon zest. Warm apple juice.

-02

GET YOUR FIVE-A-DAY

Soups, delicious cream of carrot, onion and coriander. Garnished with chopped parsley. A light miso soup with wakame seaweed and vegetables and a squeeze of lemon.

BE ONE WITH NATURE

Go for a walk once a day for 20 minutes, breathing deeply, stretching the legs. Or go for a run. Enjoy the beauty and power of nature, after Winter, now every leaf is budding.

-04

GENTLE EXERCISE

Twisting exercise, for 3 minutes, stand straight spine aligned, chin in, feet hip width apart, arms raised horizontally, breath in and breathing out twist left, breath in return, breath out twist right. At the end arms down by the sides, spine straight, in stillness for one minute.

ENJOY THE SUN

As all people have done since time began, give thanks for the change of season and what the extra sunshine brings to us.
